Catenion was launched in 2003 by a group of long–standing partners with top management consulting and biotech backgrounds, united by a common vision of helping pharmaceutical and medical products companies transform their R&D organisations to generate medical breakthroughs.
Christian Elze and Dr. Markus Thunecke are dedicated to developing Catenion's consulting business. Dr. Matthias Krings has recently focused on building Catenion's education services through The Catenion Academy. Arno Heuermann is the company's chief operating officer.
Since 2003, they have assembled a high–profile team of consultants who are attracted by the mission and creative spirit of the company.
