Sir Mark Richmond

Former Head of Global Research of Glaxo–Wellcome. He served on the boards of Genentech Inc., OSI Pharmaceuticals, Targeted Genetics Corp., Ark Therapeutics Ltd., Paratek Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Sosei Co. Ltd.

Prof. John Martin

Director of the Centre for Cardiovascular Biology and Medicine at University College in London as well as founder and non–executive director of Ark Therapeutics.

Rolf Classon

Former Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bayer HealthCare and former President of Bayer Diagnostics. Rolf has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with Pharmacia and Bayer. He currently serves on the board of ENZON Pharmaceuticals, Hillenbrand Industries, Protedyne Corporation, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and Eurand. In addition, Rolf is the Chairman of the Board of Swedish Orphan International and also of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals.
